Where we ship
We currently ship within Canada. Shipping to the United States is paused for now. For other international deliveries, please contact us at info@thenewfoundlandteaco.com and we can provide a shipping estimate before you purchase.
Shipping costs (Canada)
- Orders under $50: $20 shipping
- Orders $50 and over: $10 shipping
- Orders over $150: free shipping
Shipping methods
We offer standard shipping. We use a mix of carriers, chosen at the time of shipment based on the region we are shipping to.
Order processing time
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days of payment confirmation. We usually pack and ship on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Delivery time
Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Standard shipping within Canada usually takes 2–9 business days.
Tracking
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.
Please note that we can help you track your package only after 10 days from the shipment date. We are based on an island in the North Atlantic, and planes and ferries don't always run when the weather is bad, so sometimes your package will need a little extra time to reach you. We hope you find your tea worth the wait!
Shipping insurance
Shipping insurance is not included with standard shipping. If you would like to add insurance, please contact us for a quote before placing your order.
