Shipping Methods
We offer standard shipping for deliveries within Canada and the United States. We use a mix of different carriers which is determined at the time of shipment and based upon the region we are shipping to.
Shipping Costs
TO CANADA:
$10 for orders over $50
$20 for orders under $50.
Free shipping on orders over $150.
We've had to pause shipping to the U.S. for now.
Do you ship to the United States?
We used to, and we loved sending our tea across the border! Unfortunately, recent U.S. trade changes under the Trump administration (new tariffs and the end of duty-free shipping for small parcels) have made it very difficult for a small business like ours to keep shipping there, so we've had to pause U.S. orders for now.
We haven't given up on you. Join our waitlist and we'll let you know as soon as we can send tea to the U.S. again.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-5 business days of payment confirmation and I usually pack and ship on Wednesdays and Mondays.
Delivery Time
Delivery times will vary greatly depending on the shipping destination and the shipping method selected. The estimated delivery times are:
Within Canada: Standard Shipping: 2-9 business days
Tracking Information
All customers will receive an email with their tracking number.
Please note: we will assist you in tracking your package only after 10 days from the shipment date. - We're not being salty I swear! It's just that we live on an island in the North Atlantic and the weather can be the pits at times. There are only 2 ways off this island and they are by airplane or by ferry. Neither of which operates when the wind, rain, snow or fog are too terrible. Sometimes your package will need a little extra time to get to you. I'm sorry for that but I do hope you find your tea to be worth your wait.
Shipping Restrictions
We ship within Canada. For international deliveries, please get in touch and we can provide you with a shipping estimate prior to your purchase.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is not included with standard shipping options. If customers would like to add shipping insurance to their order, they can contact us for a quote before placing their order.

Returns Policy
We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the nature of our products and the potential for contamination, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and quality of our products.
However, if there is an issue with your order, such as damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve any issues promptly and to your satisfaction.
